Application:

It is used for slitting and rewinding width under 1010mm thermal transfer ribbon Jumbo roll.（also can be used for slitting hot stamping foil if you need）

Max Jumbo width:1050mm(can be adjusted if you need slit 1080mm hot stamping foil)

Jumbo inner diameter:3 inch and 6 inch.

Jumbo shaft: shaftless(it’s easy to load and unload Jumbo)

 

Rewind:

Rewind shaft:1 inch and haft inch airshaft(each 4 pcs) easy to load and unload roll.

Rewind width: 25mm-1010mm

Max rewind diameter: 120mm

Used Turret shaft, high efficiency

 

Max speed: 250m/min

Tension control: Automatic

Control: Siemens PLC + Sanyo servo motor.

Touch screen, all information display on screen clearly, easy to control the machine.
